Not happy with your item?

You can initiate a return by filling out the return form. Be sure to provide your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. This information will allow us to locate your order more efficiently.

For the following situations:

• If you need to return an item that has been used or is defective, please contact us first to get approval for the return.
• If you are returning an unused item, simply send it back to the address below, including your order number, email address, and name.

Please ensure that your item complies with our Returns policy, otherwise your return may be refused.

If you are returning an order from outside the UK/EU, please mark the package as ‘Return’. We will not accept returns if they carry a commercial value and require customs fees to be paid.
