Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within three working days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank or PayPal account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@ultraguardz.com.

Order cancellation refunds
For order cancellations, we will refund the full order amount to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We offer replacements for items if you’ve changed your mind or if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at contact@ultraguardz.com to arrange an exchange. You’ll need to send the item to the address below.

Return Shipping
To return a product, mail it to the address below. You are responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your return is valued over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns during transport.
