You can check the status of your order on the 'Check order status' page. If your parcel has a tracking number, it will be shown there.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, please contact us immediately to request a change to your shipping address. Once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes.

Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of our business, most orders are made to order, which means it can take up to 2 business days to complete your order.

If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, the tracking number will be provided in the dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order using the button below.

CHECK ORDER STATUS

We ship our products from both the UK and the EU. International (outside the EU) orders are sent via Royal Mail, and we ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. Orders within the EU are sent with a variety of carriers. The exact carrier will be shown during checkout.

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, customs, holidays, and other unforeseen events that may cause delays.

For packages sent via International Standard/Tracked delivery, the average delivery time is 7-12 business days to Europe and the US, and 15-25 business days to the rest of the world. Depending on your location, these estimated times may be longer or shorter.

If you're outside the EU, VAT taxes and other customs processing fees may apply in your home country.

UltraGuardz has no control over the import or customs fees imposed by your country. We cannot and will not be held responsible for these charges.

Additionally, legal obligations require us to accurately declare shipment values.

Whether you purchase 1 product or 100, you will only be charged for shipping once.

We accept most credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can pay either using your PayPal account or with a credit card without needing a PayPal account.

Sometimes, a skin might be mistaken for a "skin case," which refers to a very thin phone case.

However, a skin is not a case.

Depending on the thickness of the skin, it may be possible to use a case over it. However, using a case over the skin could potentially damage the skin itself.

Yes, all skins are meticulously cut to precisely fit your device, providing access to buttons, ports, and cameras.

Nope. While the skin provides some scratch protection, dropping your device wrapped in a skin from a height of 6 feet may still result in needing a screen replacement.

We are pleased to offer a full refund for unused items returned to us.

START A RETURN

Our return window spans 14 working days from the date you receive the product. You are welcome to send back the unused skin for a refund.

We do not provide free returns, and unless the skin was faulty or the wrong product, UltraGuardz will not cover the cost of return shipping. The responsibility for return shipping costs rests entirely with the buyer.

If you are not satisfied with the skin you purchased, you can return it for an exchange.
